Join us as we celebrate The Gooden School’s 50th Anniversary on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at NOOR in Pasadena! 

Since its founding in 1975, Gooden has grown into a vibrant community of students in TK through eighth grade, and is known for its strong academics and a rich tradition in the arts and music.

 For fifty years, Gooden has remained true to its mission of inspiring curiosity, creativity, and respect in every student. This special evening will honor our history, celebrate our community, and look ahead to the next fifty years with joy and gratitude.

AUCTION
Join us for an evening of celebration and spirited bidding as we raise our paddles in support of The Gooden School. Guests will have the opportunity to take home special events and unique experiences from both the silent and live auctions, all while helping to advance our mission.

The auction is now available for preview! Please note that "Only at the Gala" items (900–911) and Live items (1,000-1,006) will only be available for bidding in person at the event and cannot be bid on online.

All attendees are required to register on GiveSmart in advance. Entry will not be permitted without registration, so we encourage you to complete this step early.

The gala is from 6:00 - 11:00 p.m.

What are the parking options?

Valet parking is available on the south side of Colorado Boulevard; otherwise, self-parking is available in The Paseo's Marengo Avenue parking structure at 45 South Marengo Avenue. Park on the top level and walk across the pedestrian bridge to get to NOOR.

Is there a hotel nearby?

Gala guests can enjoy a discounted rate of $279 for a standard king room at the Hyatt Place Pasadena, just a short walk through Paseo Colorado to NOOR—the perfect way to end the evening. What is the attire?

The evening calls for formal and festive attire. Black tie or suit and tie for gentlemen, and comparable evening attire for ladies. Please click here for inspiration.

Do I need to register on GiveSmart if I am not bidding in the silent or live auctions?

Everyone must register with GiveSmart, even if you are not planning on participating in the auction.

I won a silent or live auction - now what?

All silent auction winners must check out and retrieve their items at the end of the evening as nothing can be left behind. Live auction winners should also check out to receive a certificate with redemption instructions.
